Please read and understand our venue policies before making a reservation.
Important: By making a reservation, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined below. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or forfeiture of your security deposit.
Cleaning & Maintenance Policy
Post-Event Cleaning Requirements
- •You are responsible for cleaning the venue after your event. This includes removing all decorations, disposing of trash, and returning the space to its original condition.
- •All tables, chairs, and equipment must be wiped down and returned to their designated areas.
- •Floors must be swept and mopped, especially in kitchen and dining areas.
- •All personal items, decorations, and leftover food must be removed from the premises.
- •Restrooms must be checked and cleaned if necessary.
Cleaning Violation Fees: If the venue is not properly cleaned after your event, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $250 to $500 depending on the extent of cleaning required. This fee will be automatically charged to your payment method or deducted from your security deposit.
Property Damage & Liability
Damage Responsibility
- •You are fully responsible for any damage to the venue, equipment, furniture, or fixtures during your event.
- •Damage costs will be assessed at fair market value for repair or replacement and charged accordingly.
- •You are responsible for the conduct of all guests and vendors during your event period.
- •Any damage must be reported immediately to venue management. Concealing damage may result in additional penalties.
Common Damage Charges Include:
- • Stained or damaged linens, carpets, or upholstery
- • Broken dishes, glassware, or equipment
- • Wall damage from decorations or excessive tape/nails
- • Damaged sound system or AV equipment
- • Plumbing issues caused by improper use
Booking & Payment Terms
Payment Options
- •Pay in Person: Cash or check payment accepted at the venue on the day of your event.
- •Credit/Debit Card: Secure online payment processing available during booking.
- •All prices are fixed at $2,000 per day, regardless of event duration within that day.
- •An 8% tax will be added to all bookings.
Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required for certain events. This deposit will be refunded within 7-10 business days after your event, provided there are no damages or policy violations.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- •Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled event.
- •Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- •No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
- •Weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be eligible for rescheduling.
General Venue Rules
- •No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the venue.
- •Alcohol service must comply with local laws and regulations.
- •Music and noise levels must be kept at reasonable levels, especially after 10 PM.
- •All vendors and caterers must be approved by venue management in advance.
- •Venue management reserves the right to end any event that violates these policies or local laws.
